Kha's Image Analysis #2 - November 11th

Image Analysis #2   __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Analysis: 😬😦💭 - This image was the cover page for ""Da Art of Storytellin' (A Prequel)" by Kiese Laymon, which was the one story that stood out to me the most. I love the humorous aspect of the story, while also having many deep messages regarding race and gender inequality in the South. Looking at the image, we can spot a church in the background, which was where his grandmama often goes, while looking "fresh" even though she works at a slaughterhouse. The majority of the story was built upon him growing up with his grandmama and how it had shaped him into who he was throughout the story.
